Once your company is set up and running, we will attend to its ongoing corporate secretarial needs.  We will ensure that the necessary steps are taken each year to ensure that the company remains compliant with relevant law.

 

What are some of these ongoing needs?

 

A shareholders’ meeting must be held each year during the life of the company.  We handle the details prior to, during and after this meeting.

 

Changes to the corporate structure of the company, for example a change of directors, a change of director residential address, a change of the registered office address etc., require that you notify the Registrar of Corporate Affairs.  We prepare and submit these documents on your behalf. 

 

Every company must file an Annual Return with the Registrar of Corporate Affairs. We prepare and submit the Return on your behalf each year.

 

Directors are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.  There are many occasions when a directors' meeting becomes necessary.   We attend to the details prior to, during and after these meetings. 

 

Note that we have dealt with the company’s obligation under the Companies Act in this section.  The Company has separate obligations under the Income Tax Act. Please contact our partner service provider for details on this.
